Therefore, whether it is casting or manufacturing processing industry, an alloy analyzer must always be equipped, the former can do a good analysis of the composition of the product in the casting, the latter can do a good inspection.

Nowadays, the application of aluminum is becoming more and more widespread, aluminum alloy is widely used in various fields, in the aluminum industry chain, the upstream is the mining of aluminum ore, midstream is the smelting of aluminum ore, first alumina and then electrolytic aluminum, and then the processing of aluminum. This is followed by the reprocessing of aluminum, deformation processing and the casting industry. For most of the factories, the deformation processing of aluminum alloy accounts for more than half, most of them are applied in construction, transportation, automobile manufacturing and other fields, similar to our aluminum doors and windows, curtain wall profiles of high-rise buildings, electronic products, mobile phones and computers that are always in hand every day, etc. Then in the casting field, like many parts of automobiles are replaced by aluminum alloy, such as engines, gearboxes, wheel hubs and so on.
