8. During the exhaust process, pay close attention to the status of the equipment and the display of the pressure gauge. If it is found that the pressure value inside the equipment is unstable or abnormal, the exhaust operation must be stopped in time, and the status of the equipment and vacuum pump must be checked to ensure the safety of the equipment and operators.
