Features

The product adopts high precision motion control and error data acquisition system, which can automatically measure theradial composite deviation Fi",Tooth-to-tooth radial deviation fi" and radial runout Fr" of the gear at one time. Center distance movement upper and lower deviation (Eas, Eai), The distance across rollers (M) and common normal line (Wk) of gear side backlash were detected in the center distance measurement mode. Quickly confirm the location of gear burr points and bumps, and perform online maintenance to meet and continue to develop new measurement requirements put forward by users.

6. Instrument accuracy:

Reference to GB/T26093-2010 "Gear double-sided mesh comprehensive measuring instrument" standard formulated, acceptance standards can be implemented in accordance with it (see Schedule 1).

7. Instrument repeatability:

Radial composite deviation Fi", Tooth-to-tooth radial deviation fi" and radial runout Fr" (repeatability is 0.003mm).

The common normal line Wk and the distance across rollers M (repeatability is 0.005mm).

 

(Each measurement wheel and workpiece start from the same tooth).

 

Performance

1.The use of convenient gear installation of the center measuring unit structure layout, the overall structure of the marble frame, the main rail using imported linear linear guide, wear resistance, long service life.

2.The software can set the measurement speed, mesh rotation direction.

3.The measurement rhythm is 2~18S adjustable.

4.The use of electric system for automatic tooth splitting.

5.The measurement process with brush and air gun to the workpiece and marking wheel for automatic cleaning.

6.Quickly confirm the gear burr point, bump position, turn to the operator for online maintenance, measurement bump error recognition range is greater than 0.01mm.

7.Through the induction system to identify whether the gear is loaded, automatically start the measurement system.

8.Through the three-color light display measurement results, and with sound prompt function.

10.According to the use of the site environment for the computer to use dust-proof, anti-oil mist chassis and install the vent protection device to ensure the computer life.

11.Strengthen the instrument protective cover to prevent oil from entering the motor and grating to affect the service life.

12.The traditional method of using the amount block to the center distance is eliminated, and the precision motor and grating are used to automatically measure the center distance, common normal line and cross-bar distance, which reduces the influence of human factors in the traditional method and improves the accuracy and stability of the measurement results. The tolerance input interface of center distance, common normal line and span bar distance is added to make the qualification judgment. (The overerror eye-catching warning is added when the overerror value turns red on the display interface.).
