  1. How to distinguish the quality of the analysis curve of the alloy? The data of the working curve pair should be based on the excitation data to understand the current equipment status. If the calibration data after the excitation standard is completed is very different, it will not be too accurate.  No matter what kind of curve calibration, it is actually a process that the device performs calibration according to the measured value according to the standard value, and the difference between the measured value and the standard value is too large, resulting in a large calibration coefficient. The spectrum will finally correct the measured value to this calibration coefficient.  standard value.  Therefore, it is one aspect to look at the difference in the final calibration data. It is more important to look at the actual measured data of the excitation standard. If it does not work, you must repeat the calibration again.  
  2. How can molten steel be sampled during the melting of cast iron? The test in front of the furnace is fast, so it needs to be close to the front of the furnace. The sample should be 35-40MM in diameter and 6-8MM thick, plus a small handle to facilitate the use of grinding wheels.  Grind the sample so that the sample cools quickly and the white mouth is good. As long as the grounding is good and reliable, the power supply fluctuation is small, and the spectrometer is less affected by external interference.  The transformer uses the same phase power supply, which easily causes electromagnetic interference and may cause measurement errors of the instrument.  
  5. How can aluminum-based analysis avoid elemental interference?  1. You can use standardized samples with similar element composition for calibration.  2. You can perform spectral and chemical analysis on your sample, compare the data, and then manually adjust the elemental interference of the instrument.
